New Equipment Warranty

Warehouse Lift warrants that we will provide you parts and labor to replace or repair any parts by Warehouse Lift found to be defective in material and workmanship within 12 months or 2,000 hours (whichever comes first) after the product is delivered.

Warehouse Lift requires that the product receives normal use and recommended maintenance and that you give Warehouse Lift reasonable notice of defect.

Replacement parts provided under this warranty are covered for the remainder of the warranty period applicable to the truck in which they are installed.

This warranty does not apply to damage arising from accident, misuse or neglect, or from alterations not authorized by Warehouse Lift nor does it cover replacement or normal service items such as tune-up parts, filters, motor brushes, fan belts and oil leaks.

Unless Warehouse Lift agrees in writing, this warranty is in lieu of all other warranties.

THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  IN NO EVENT SHALL WAREHOUSE LIFT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTAL DAMAGES.
